In my warning can i tell someone to not run
And if so after the first warning if they run can i kill them right away

I dont know its yes or not, BUT
How iMC said, if yes, i encourage you to record it.
Why? Staff cannot check in logs or they runned or not, and so if you have video they can see what happened.

The problem is that 40 Seconds is too much time to run, even tho most of the people kill straight away after like 20 Seconds and then lie to staff if they got reported xd
