#13 Small Law Changes

Changes to the laws:
Deleted Law: 5.1. Berry Driving is illegal
Deleted Law: 5.2. Officers can control this by pulling the driver over. Then the police can force the civilian to do a test, to go straight in a line. If failed, he will be issued a ticket - and cannot drive until the effect is gone.
The test is not scientific and proves nothing but causes more RP Drama.
- Non Compliance
1: This is an arrestable offense. Example: if an officer tells a civilian to go away from the road, and the civilian does not comply, this is now a legal arrest. (After 3 warnings, at least one in Text Chat)
Changed to allow Moderators to verify the player being warned in logs
- Trespassing
1: This is an arrestable offense. Basically if a civilian trespasses into a house/base/area that is barricaded with fence/walls/structures, this is now a legal arrest. (After 3 warnings, at least one in Text chat)
Changed to allow Moderators to verify the player being warned in logs
2: Civilians who trespass into the grounds of the mayor’s estate are eligible to be warned to leave at least one time in text chat, then arrested. The grounds are frequently guarded by members of the police.
Changed to allow Moderators to verify the player being warned in logs, and to not let players being arrested right away for just being on the land.
5. Rioting is legal as long as it does not violate the rules of the server. Any law breaking will be dealt with normally.
5.1. Protesting is always legal
5.2. If the demonstration turns violent in any way against the rules, it will be dealt with by RP Staff just as any other infraction of the rules is. Any law breaking will be dealt with normally.
All Protesting and Rioting laws have been changed to reduce RP Drama and such. All RP Interactions are subject to the rules of course, regardless if they are a riot or a Protest
Housing Insurance has been removed from the laws as it is a PLAYER thing, not a laws thing.
These laws have been changed in order to reduce RP Drama and reduce the amount of things RP Staff has to deal with.
