Dear members of Pandahut 13,
My name is GentlemenJames, and thanks to our mayor Duke i have been given the opportunity to make a private militia. We will work as both body guards and soldiers under the mayor's command. This organization will be called the Counter Measure Division or C.M.D. for short.
