So I havn't been on pandahut for awhile, and don't want to really look through 500 posts just to find this one, hence I want to address it here:
1. Is there a background system on players, such as prior tickets/prior arrests?
2. Can those tickets/arrests prevent you from being able to become a certain role (Such as police officer, SWAT, chief, deputy, captain, ect.)
3. Can you still go to court over an arrest in an attempt to lower the time
4. If there is a judge online, and a court time is planned, but the persons jail time ends during the court, do you have to let the convict go?
5. Due to the background arrests/tickets, can you get a hearing in court in order to get them expunged?
6. If you receive a ticket, that you feel as if was not fair, may you go to court and fight the Officer who ticketed you in an attempt to get it removed?
7. Are 'mistrials' a thing in court?
8. If you have proof of an individual raiding/robbing/killing someone (within the rules), may you take them to court over that?
9. If the above is true, and the court makes a subpoena for the person to arrive to court, and they do not, can they have an arrest warrant placed on them for 'Contempt of Court', and 'Failure to Appear in Court', or something along those lines?
10. If the ability permits, can Police go in front of a judge for a search warrant/arrest warrant to be signed on an individual?
Those are most of my questions, it'd be amazing if someone could answer all of them for me, as it may dictate whether I return to Pandahut or not.

1. Yes all roles have /record (name)
This returns a list of the specified player's past criminal record - Lost court cases, their dates, and the offense they comitted.
2.No
3.only if they /charge you but even then lawyers+Judges are RARE
4. you use /charge and then the JUDGE /charges them at the END of the court case. Not during or before
5. no there is no command for this
6. sure but this is more of a staff thing as its a false ticket
7. no?
8. sure its just like a warrant but you must provide proof
9. maybe but highly unlikely as this would have to be its own rule the only thing we currently have on it is 'Leaving the server in order to avoid arrests and court dates results in a punishment for FAIL RP!"
10. mmm no since it hasn't been added in yet.... I will talk to admins about some of the above and see if we can change it up a bit!!

(P.s. I am still fairly new to these rules myself as judges and lawyers are fairly rare so some of the above may be wrong)

I mean, if someone were to become like a full time judge that'd be good.

I'm interested in becoming both a #10 and #13 Judge.
Also, Aren, when I meant "Ticket they do not agree with" I was referring to a ticket that the person doesn't believe was fair, but the ticket was not a false ticket.
I also think giving Judges more to do will make people want to become a Judge/Lawyer, and also add in some way for Judge's to be paid per trial, as I've heard really on the Lawyer makes the money, and even then its not alot.
