Matty, Blackhats are not toxic, they never were. But one of them as well. And i think we all know who.
I dont want to be toxic, so ill write good luck & have fun in pandahut community!
And if someone says that you destroy community, or RP. just kidnap him. Because thats a lie. kidnappers, bandits and drug delers are needed. Its same for police. Bandits can say too that police are unneeded, but thats a lie too. We need 2 sides fighting each other. If we dont, the Ph would be same as other servers.
