The time has come once again!

In the upcoming days, you will be able to vote for the next Mayor of Washington! The ballot will start on the 5th of this month. This is not a voting thread, but a registration thread for those who want to run for Mayor. To all players who wish to apply for Mayor, remember that your application is one of the ways to gain support. You can also try some of the tips listed below.

Rules:
1. You must have played on Pandahut Roleplay for at least 40 hours to register and vote in the Mayor ballot.
2. Do not post any other topics but applications for Mayor on #10 on this topic or it is subject to be deleted by a moderator!
3. Mayors can only run for 2 months or better known as terms then must take a break of at least one(1) month off.
4. Election results will be investigated for corrupt practices and you may be disqualified. Use common sense.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: Firstly because no one else has applied, but also because i would like to help the people of washington and make them feel safe. I also want to become this certain rank so i can help the police force reach its full potential.
How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will be helpful to the community by providing funding for aspiring business owners to help their enterprises grow not only that but i will provide some of the players with money struggles with homes so they can have somewhere to sleep at night and while doing all of this i will also be funding the main police group(s) so in those homes that i have built people can feel safe and protected.. My ultimate goal is to try and get rid of the crime on washington that has troubled us through a long period of time and stop the criminals in their tracks and make sure justice is correctly served.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: As previously stated I will use the money to build bases for the people who need it, fund aspiring business owners and finally fund the police force.
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): As i've said before I will build houses for the people who need it and i will also Fund/Build a Police station for whichever police group gets a region as it is important that the main police group has somewhere worthy to keep their prisoners.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I want to help the citizens of Washington. The economy is very unbalanced and the lower class is suffering. I hope to also help the police forces. Not only the main and official police force of Washington, but the smaller and upcoming ones. The citizens of Washington need protection for them to be as efficient and wealthy as possible. We will succeed.
How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will stay active on the forums and ingame. We need good and efficient higher rank police officers to be on the streets (that are active) and we need people to be constantly in the presence of a mayor for building permits and supplies/bamboo. The community will only benefit from me being their mayor.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: The police of course, but more importantly the citizens. The citizens need some kind of income for the economy to function properly! We need to support the middle class, not just the police. All the past mayor have focused on the police, giving them funds, but ignoring the most vital part of our state: the citizens. They will be supplied with vehicles, food, police assistance, and much more. I also will make a few events for the citizens to make money and enjoy themselves off of.
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I will help the nubs that just joined build their pine wood 1x2 bases that they use a camp axe to build. They need their chainsaws to function efficiently. For the more advanced citizens, I will supply them with materials ASAP. Our people need houses and shops.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: well, I had been a mayor last month, I did a lot of stuff for my citizens of Washington, I m here due to my colleagues , They wanted me to be the mayor again due to my activities and the stuff I did on the server, Well this time if I become the mayor , I would launch official laws and I would try my level best to get region for the police groups and for others , I will keep on hosting events and streaming events and posting em on youtube, For new players / homeless citizens, I would keep supporting em by getting em free food and water and I would also create a new players area where new players can learn rules and regulations of the server, BTW ElectricMeatball is also standing for elections , He's RPPD Founder, Feel free to vote for him too , I hope that people would vote for good and better mayor
