WhiteCoats moving?

The WhiteCoats have decided to move to PEI, the reason behind this, is because with the war going on we haven't chosen a side we wanna stand and fight for. We also wanna train and prepare for this, because I bet this will be a long war ahead of us. Now maybe the war has started but it will probably last long with all the gangs. So after we have trained we will join the war an announce who we are going to fight for. We also have stopped recruiting as I feel we are at a good number of members in.
