There has been lots of controversy such as who will become the next Mayor of #10 and with the whole "WCS moving back to Washington" I have decided to run for Mayor. Yes, I did quit RP however... I can be relatively active and of course, run the server from outside via my Ministers and Allies of the State.
People will go "Oh you are in BMC, SRO, Grim Corps & ex-blackhat?" Yes, yes, yes and no. I am in the 1st 3 groups however was never in BH.
I understand people will say "how are YOU going to do anything?" simple, as a member of BMC, SRO and Grim Corps I can use our groups combined power, to restore order where the Police have failed. I would design the "Liona Program."
What is the "Liona Program?"
Well it would in short, be a hitlist/data log of who has done what. Say for example, if someone raided a base, the groups mentioned previously would work together to find out where they stay, what group(s) they are affiliated with and then proceeding to negociate with them or if need be, raid them and put them in their place.
Yes, I know, at first glance, the "Liona Program" may look like "oh it will cause more anarchy and chaos." Wrong, with all businesses, civilians and other groups under the protection of some of the biggest gangs on #10. It will deter raiders and help to maintain peace and order.
