After checking my balance and my personal costs on RP and what I can dish out.

I will also be creating a ring of informers to leak details about any criminal activities (pm me on discord Liona#9654)
I'm also hoping to implement free: food, medical care and transport for the citizens of Washington and will also be hosting numerous events ranging from best marksman to things such as treasure hunts.
I'll also be tweaking laws as to help the cops become a more respectable force.
