This Friday Me and Yoshi will discuss the future and the present together and what’s to come.
Not just anyone can attend.
Multiple News will be there filming this event.
Now anyone interested in attending will have to Contact Jrider.
And not just anyone can come in either.
You must either be invited or accepted.
If not invited you will need to pay a fee of 2K to be allowed in.
Changes of date might be made but will stay for now.
To find out what time, you must be already accepted or invited.
New laws will be discussed.

Just for some clarification on why we are doing this, Jrider Will be my minister of criminal Relations in an attempt to bring down very hostile crime towards civilians, Keeping a better relation with criminals will help benifit many citizens around, especially at mayor sponsored events! Hopefully the whole discussion will be recorded and will be viewable by the public! I look forward to meeting with you Jrider!

Well this is the quote that is turning people to think differently
well according to my understanding
1) Jrider and Yoshi has got some kind of meeting
2) If this thing is corrupt, he wouldn't allow people to join this meeting /event , but he literally allows people to record their meeting
3) and for those wanna know about the minister of criminal Relations, since ppd is weak and growing, Yoshi assigns jrider to be his minister to take control of events if anything goes wrong by other bandit groups I guess, I m not sure
