The Washington Military will be used in the event of an uncontrollable emergency. In the circumstance of the P.P.D. or S.W.A.T. being unable to contain a situation, the resources of the military will be deployed. For example, In the event of a raid, which the S.W.A.T. or P.P.D. cannot handle, military force will be authorized by that of a Officer+. This doesn't mean they will be authorized to shoot tanks at a situation, they will have to handle it on the ground, unless they follow the tank circumstances.

Tank Circumstances :
You must be a Sergeant or higher to use a tank, but it Must be authorized by a Captain+ (Captain would be the 4th highest rank you can obtain)
Tanks are to never to be taken out just to drive in
There must be 5 or more criminals associated to the situation
May only fire a tank shell if it cannot be handled from the ground
You may only shoot the tank if it will NOT endanger the lives of anyone except said criminals.
There may only be 2 military tanks out at once, however there may only be ONE tank at a situation

While the military is patrolling, they will not be permitted to walk around open carried, this means they will not be allowed to have guns out as they were walking around Seattle or any other major place. The military is NOT a police group, they will not be permitted to arrest people or to partake in situations. The only time they will be permitted to partake in situations is if it occurs within their immediate eyesight. The military will not be permitted to use helicopters as they already have the advantage with tanks, they do not need another way to be powerful. When driving the military must use only military related vehicles, this does not mean tanks, I mean Humvees and other stuff like that.

I am fully equipped and ready to launch this program, I have the support of Mayor Yoshi, however he will not be funding it me and a few friends who if this succeeds will be Commanders, will be helping me fund this program

I think this could be a good idea, it's more beneficial to give it a try and if it doesn't work just remove it. It can't hurt that much.

This military group doesn’t sound very good, it’s going to be extremely expensive to maintain.
