Okay so i was on the server and a player was PLANNING on building up the gas station and making a business charging for gas i began to work for him as a body guard. He was PLANNING on making a base at the gas station but he never did he was talking to a builder about it but at that time he was removing the old owners items (i know this because he paid me to do it) he went off for a bit and i was going to go on a drive. I got in my car and drove off then i crashed it. i went back too get somebody with a car jack, i walked over to my car then there was a raid announced, the player killed everyone in the area and called raid over... He did not touch the base he just killed the players and called raid over. The person who was raided did not have anyof his own items in the building as he died and lost all his items to build. I see this as abuse of raiding to kos players it is like me finding a bed on the road then calling raid on it and killing everyone arround it. Its just a loop whole to get away with kos. This effected me becuase i was the moderator online at the time and i saw the raid as a invalid raid as there was no items of the players in the building. You could argue that he was raiding the old peoples base but he used world chat too say : FinnDaBoy i am raiding you and i see it as a exploit of the rules

If someone calls raid just to kill people, it is against the rules and counted for KOS. If you call raid, you need to actually raid something, or attempt to raid it, not just call raid to get away with killing.

The new rules have adress this in my opinion.
The new raid rules now have a timer before the raid happens. If someone stays in the area after its called then it's the dead persons fault.

I think the new rules have fixed this issue because the reason it became a issue is the raid was called then everyone around it was instantly shot and killed and the gas station is a public place for people to get gas. The people on the RP server should feel safe going to a gas station or a shop without the fear of being raided instantly if someone claims the land. (tries to claim the land)

Seems to me that the core issue is one of a lack of objectivity here. Bread can't admit his mistake and Khaos doesn't back down.
