Hello Citizens of Washington!

To start, thank you for an amazing term as mayor! While I may not have gotten everything I wanted to do done, Many objectives were met, such as the PPD is now more efficient and powerful thanks to my Police minister Nando. At the start of my term, there were 4 active criminal organizations plaguing 10, now 2 of them are virtually dead and one is on a quick decline. 2 events were held over the course of my term, and I held many small meetings with anyone who wanted one. Even though so many things were achieved during my term, some things failed, and I would like to touch on them today. First, raid insurance, while I did refund some base owners after raids, there was never a formal way to apply, the free power failed after 3 of the generators were destroyed, and I wish I had done more events.

Moving forward, I'm running for a 2nd term! This term will be much more action packed! Here is my plan:

• Fund the PPD at least 80K
  A guarantee to start my Raid insurance
  more updates regarding my events and plans
  the casino will finally be built
  A church being built
  A concert hall will be made
  Homeless shelters will be set up
  More corrupt officers will be demoted for there corrupt acts
  At least 4 events will be held
  It's November, so an American Thanksgiving event will happen, with free food and Pumpkin Pie
  At least 2 giveaways will happen
  Free hot air balloon rides, all you have to do is ask :)
  And above all, a fun environment will be created for all civilians

I just have a few questions/suggestions regarding your new 'goals' I guess for the second term.

Fund the PPD at least 80K - I suggest doubling this
the casino will finally be built - Any details? Such as what are the prices? Who will manage them? Etc.
A church being built - Why? Just why? It creates lag for no reason
A concert hall will be made - The amount of mic spam coming from this is above the roof, hell no.
More corrupt officers will be demoted for there corrupt acts - How many officers will there be left?
At least 4 events will be held - Events of what?
At least 2 giveaways will happen - Good, giveaways of how much? How will the winner be drawn fairly to the public?
And above all, a fun environment will be created for all civilians - How?

1. I May fund them more, that's why I said at least.
2 The casino will be run by yours truly and will cost at least 200 to play, we will have simple games that can't be rigged,like guess a number or something of that nature.
3 A church is a thing that people like to have on RP for some reason, I'm an atheist so doesnt really apply to me but it's giving the people what they want.
4. The concert hall will be for public use, anyone can put on a show, do comedy, hangout, or perform some trick free of charge, all they have to do is ask
5. Corruption from officers Is a problem, but we have a strong core of loyal and well equipped officers ( nando, Giraffe, meme overlord) who I will command to train officers to stay strong, be clean, and take down crime
6. I already have my plan for a 1st event, it will be a decoration battle where you have to decorate a 2x2 space as best as possible, most likely judged by someone experienced like Orange. But other events I want suggestions from the people, and I will take every idea into consideration.
7. I already have a plan for both my giveaways, one will be free vehicles( not sure what kind yet but I was thinking either something like a racecar or balloons or gyros), and the second will either be building supplies or just straight bamboo.
8. The fun environment is intended to be the result of all these events programs and events I'm planning, more of an overarching goal of my term
