Mayor of 10

Hey Pandas,
Yoshi has resigned as Mayor of Washington for Server #10. I then became mayor today but has just resigned shortly after. Theoretically, the Mayor role now goes to the next person in line, but mayor role might end up being blank since the election is very soon anyways.

I resigned from Mayor and PPD commander. There are a lot of reasons why I did this. Right now I am in the BMC. Just feel free to message me on discord if anyone would like to know why I did this --> Pengu#0430
