I am Incognito/Supreme Leader/The Unknown and today, I will be talking to you about what I will do on this thread if you elect me for mayor of PEI January 2019:

• Fund the FBI 200k to start with much more funding to come in the future weeks
  I will make weekly events for the public to participate in with a free entry
  Free Electricity will be provided for all of the cities and towns of PEI
  A homeless shelter with free food, beds and temporary storage will be provided to civilians to get up on their feet again
  I will make a social area using my own balance so people can just put down their guns and whatever they have in their hands and just relax, socialize and have a good time with each other. There might be some little shop booths there too!
  People can apply for funding for their new businesses on the forums on a topic that will be created if I am elected
  Raid insurance will also come for free with that too compensating the items lost during that raid

Now a Q and A on my counters if people abuse my system
Q: What will you do if you found that the leaders of the FBI have used the funding you gave them for different things other then what they said they would do?
A: If that does happen and I find out, I will be cutting the funding that the FBI will receive depending on the severity of the situation. First time, it will be a warning with a deduction of 10k. If it happens again, funding will be completely cut off until the leader proves that they are worthy of the funding and will not spend it on different things.

Q: What will happen if you find out that someone in the homeless shelter is abusing the temporary storage provided for illegal use?
A: If they are found guilty of that, police will arrest the individual and the individual will be kicked out of the homeless shelter and will not be allowed back in there again. If they are found loitering in the shelter, they will be arrested for trespassing. If the individual had severe illegal items in the storage, a kill warrant will be placed on the individual and the police will take it from there.

Q: If someone that you gave funding too for their business uses it for illegal items, what measures will you take to bring them to justice?
A: Every week, I will be going around to the businesses that I have given funding to and search them with a search warrant. They will be expected to let me and the police in and search every nook and cranny. If illegal items are found, a police raid will take place if the situation is very severe. If the situation is not very severe, the individual will be arrested on the spot, the illegal items will be confiscated and trashed and the business will be shutdown and the owner will not be allowed to apply for funding.

Q: What will you do if any of the buildings you have like your social area or the social area shops are being raided?
A: The police and the people who built it will defend it from the raiders. If the raiders manage to successfully raid it, the place will be rebuilt and if required, the building will be relocated somewhere else.

Update for my manifesto: I will fund the FBI 200k instead of 50k after consulting with Mattcobra and other players

200k is a bit excessive considering they run the FBI themselves, money isn't really needed to be given out since most of it just goes to the top tiers.

This isn't a "unnecessary comment" since this information comes from reputable sources.

I suggest you bring it down to 100k at most.
