What's happening with psd on 10? Is it alive? Is it dead? Do we know what's happening with it? What does this mean for the bandit/police balance?

Indeed it will. PhantomPear didn't do much on his term. No police group was successfully established. Nothing has changed and it will most likely be like that for the next month to come. BMC owns P10 and no one can deny it. No one to counter anything that they do. It'd be a miracle to take down the BMC, or to at least balance them out.

BMC owns P10 and no one can deny it. No one to counter anything that they do. It'd be a miracle to take down the BMC, or to at least balance them out.
