In the upcoming days, you will be able to vote for the next Mayor! The ballot will start on the 7th of this month. This is not a voting thread, but a registration thread for those who want to run for Mayor. To all players who wish to apply for Mayor, remember that your application is one of the ways to gain support. You can also try some of the tips listed below.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I really want to see how far I can stretch the small budget of a mayor. The boring way of giving it to police hasn't really worked now have it. I wanna invest in something pure and bulletproof something that we all will have benefits from.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?:
Now I love the idea of making the other towns a bit busier then keeping it all at Seattle. I understand it's the biggest and the "best". But I wanna spread the RP out more now how will I do that you might ask. Well, to keep it brief and keep a bit secret for the fun of it you will be getting "bonuses" it will be something fun I can tell you that. I really care about the server and why we are on it where not here for some kind of amazing lead perfect society. No, we play cause we wanna have fun and chill, for example, I'm going to be setting up multiple quests for both new and old players to enjoy. Old players without the need for money will get a small buck out of it and something to do. While the starters will get a quick start-up to the top while having fun on top of it all. I'm going to obviously be giving the police the needed amount to keep running as well as keeping the small and big businesses alive. So it's going to be a hell of a month and I'm prob going to set up free electricity in all of the towns begin 24/7 around the whole thing so people who can't afford generators will get it for free. Simple stuff like that it helps everyone on the server and just makes life easier and better for everyone.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: Well as I said before fun activities beneficial things for new and old players just keeping it lit. Making sure all the homeless people get a place to stay and build themself up to hopefully becoming steady economically while having a great time on the server. And just giving all-around people with economical problems help in different ways. Could be as simple as giving a police a car or helping out a raid victim.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor? (Builder and constructor permissions):
Well, I will help people with building or simply refurbishing bases that really need it. And helping homeless people with their first home and how they are supposed to build and just making sure they understand for the future.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will fund businesses and create different things for players in the community. I will make the community a better place without people buying overpriced houses, by making free houses for people to live in. I'm gonna create a stable economy and not price-gouge and sell very overpriced houses like some of the people here. I will make everything free for everyone to enjoy. With everything being free all the pandas will have more money in their pockets so they aren't wasting money on anything. The Police force will be funded fully to be able to easily counter any raid or anybody raiding, I will be paying cops good as well.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: To help out the newer players by setting up an insurance policy, funding for their shops and helping to repair any damaged shops as well as providing them with protection from Bandit organisations and to help spread the RP out of Seattle and to the other towns such as Everett and Tacoma.
How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will host events with cash prizes (out of my own pocket), provide building materials to help potential business owners have their own shop built to their personal preferences, provide protection to shop owners and new players (who are non-bandit roles of course) and to provide reimbursement for those who get raided as well as helping those who choose to settle outside of seattle with a bit of extra funding to give a larger incentive to spread out the RP and cut down on the Lag lines in seattle.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: As mentioned previously, to host events with an externally funded cash prize, to help newer players and older players alike by helping to fund shops, repair any raided shops, provide protection for shops and newer players and my own insurance policies to unite the community of RP and the Mayoral office closely. I will also use it to make Everett and Tacoma into fruitful, engaging and rivals to Seattle as RP towns.
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor? (Builder and constructor permissions): I will help to build shops for shop owners and newer players, help to transform Everett and Tacoma into lively RP towns, refunding those who get raided, free repairs for those who get raided and probably creating an Apartment complex for newer players to live in cheaply to help them get on their feet on RP.
