The time has come once again!

In the upcoming days, you will be able to vote for the next Mayor! The ballot will start on the 7th of this month. This is not a voting thread, but a registration thread for those who want to run for Mayor. To all players who wish to apply for Mayor, remember that your application is one of the ways to gain support. You can also try some of the tips listed below.

Be friendly to those in-game.
Set up promotional signs.
Give out items.
All these can gain your support and votes when the ballot is published!

On the 7th of this month, I will make a post where you can vote for your Mayor and at the end of the 9th, the Mayor will be elected!

Rules:
1. You must have played on Pandahut Roleplay for at least 40 hours to register and vote in the Mayor ballot!
2. Do not post any other topics but applications for Mayor on this topic or it is subject to be deleted by a moderator!
3. Mayors can only run for 2 months or better known as terms then must take a break of at least one(1) month off!

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I Want to become the Mayor again because i think i'm not done in what i could do to improve washington. Just look at all that happened in the month of June! With the help of my Very good Vice Mayor AJ and my Ministers towns like Tacoma and Everett have finally found the spark they have been missing for years! I Also funded over 250K to shops and police to improve their builds and to help provide more guns and clothing to police.
How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I Will continue the improvement that has happened to Washington with more new laws and such. I Will continue funding shops so players are able to build nicer shops to bring in more people. I will continue to fund police more so they always have money to buy clothing/guns. I will continue my promise to repair bases that have been raided by cruel bandits.
Have you been banned from Pandahut before? If yes, why?: I have, lots of reasons. Last ban was in 2018

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: Funding Shops, Funding Police, Funding towns like Tacoma And Everett, and raid repairs
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor? (Builder and constructor permissions): I will help the people the same way i did in my previous term. If anyone needs a builder/decorator/constructor and none of those roles are on i will gladly provide them the materials for a lowered cost.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?:Because I’ve never been mayor before and I see mayors doing terrible jobs and I am willing help the people of Washington by providing them good public services such as food,water,health,gas,and most importantly freedom.
How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will give the people what they want, resources to help players build and survive. Especially food since our current mayor is letting people starve.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: Help Out The People and give them resources Mainly give to police but otherwise making more food shops and doctors. The health of our citizens is a top priority.
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor? (Builder and constructor permissions): I will build a Hut, that provided free food,water,and medication for citizens of Washington. I will also give out building materials for new or old players seeking to build themselves a stable home.
