Police Idea

Today i was thinking and i got an idea, i heared some where that there was going to be wipe police, but this is going to make that there are not that much cops so i thought, what if instead of whitelisting the captain do a training one day a week, and if one cop doesnt present in 3 weeks (give him so time so if he got personall problems) (if he is not going to be able to come online for 3 weeks or more he need to announce it on forums) you demote him, no letting him to be a cop anymore.

I see it like a way to keep police alive (with good amount of people online) but with good cops

We've had discussions on both topics of Weekly Training for police and Whitelisting. And from what I was aware, we'd whitelist (maybe) if the police force got more substantial but if they had trained during a week (as a volunteer nonwhitelisted rcmp) they could get into the rcmp without applying because they passed the training.

(sorry for how butchered that sounds it's 6:30 am...)

Yeah but what if they switch after a training like during the weekday

What if, for the day of training, they are a cop, but the day after change to bandit?
We either white-list it, or leave it how it is.

What if we whitelist RCMP on weekdays and until they prove themselves on weekends they can stay RCMP on weekdays
Would be pretty hard to maintain.
I know that I would hate having my role changed because I'm "Not worthy" of being police.
It comes across as pretty insulting to the players.
