Again, your arguments are flawed. But sure, let's go on.
Was I referring to the members or the leaders? Also, the Sentinels were made by EX-BMC Leaders and the double standard argument does make sense. By the way, nice attempt at Italics. I'll be the first here to admit that argument was inadequate, though your ego dictates that the counter-arguments after this will prove to only show quite how prideful you are.
This makes little to no sense and it does not at all combat my statement. The Sentinels were made up of former BMC leaders - FACT. The WPF have some former criminals amongst their ranks - ALSO FACT. So is there a problem with me saying that a strong police force was formed under my term? Also, you really made your argument stronger when you pointed out I made a formatting issue when trying to use italics.
That is a direct lie, many businesses after AJ's term stayed afloat and the talk between Needless & AJ proves that.
Also, since taxes weren't gifting you money for your paycheck, you wanted it removed. I bet 100 BB on that.
Name one. Please name one business that stayed afloat after AJ's term. Furhtermore, what talk between Needless and AJ? Where was this conversation? I can have Needless go on the record to say that a conversation like that never happened? I tried finding it but I can't, so some citation is needed.
Also I had taxes removed because THEY WERE POINTLESS. I also don't take a paycheck for being a Mayor (except the one which the server gives me which I can't control, obviously.) You aren't a mind reader, Curum and you certainly know very little about me, so your argument that I wouldn't have removed taxes if they gave the government funds is flawed on every level.
Also, don't act like your government is a rosey haven where sentient ostriches are drinking tea from cafe's made of rainbows. I'm sure I will see quite the opposite once I enter the server again
This seems like an attempt at comedy, however it really wasn't funny and the only comedy the citizens have seen is your half assed response. I'm sorry I just think this comment is quite cringey and like a "Random = funny XD" type of attitude.
Didn't you just say AJ was the one that did that..?
Also, you indeed defended people's second amendment rights in Unturned where the second amendment doesn't exist.
Ohhh, you mean you gave criminals legal access to shotguns to defend against arrests?
Or do you mean you want mob-violence to sweep the streets and protect Seattle.. I wonder which.
Also, I declare my political agenda is putting the ex-minister of sandwiches, Yoshi, as Mayor! Except I have none and I have no reason to have an agenda, so your point there doesn't make sense.
AJ did make those legal changes, albeit reluctantly and with increased pressure from my movement, the
Pandahut Libertarian Party. Also yes, I defended their second amendment rights on a
Roleplay server set in the United States of America, where they have a second amendment. I don't think it's a stretch of the imagination to say that the American constitution applies to the server. Not like whether or not there is a constitution matters, as you are arguing over semantics in this point, not challenging anything.
I don't think making shotguns illegal ever stopped criminals from using them. Criminals will commit crime, it's kind of in the name. The way you said this suggests that "without these deregulations, criminalsnever used shotguns!" which I think we both know, as experienced police officers, is untrue. Your comment about mob violence is quite colourful, these deregulations have been in place for almost a month and I think everyone can confirm there hasn't been "mob-violence to sweep the streets and protect Seattle". If allowing citizens to effectively defend themselves against criminals is a bad thing then you must have some rose tinted view of the capability of the police. A robbery lasts up to 40 seconds. That is sometimes not enough time for an adequate police response. A hitman executing a hit is instantaneous, meaning that if you need to defend yourself, a shotgun is most the time your best option.
I also find it interesting that you abandoned your point about lax gun laws "confusing the citizens" when the law book was publicly published a long time ago and citizens were made instantly aware of the changes.
Also, I declare my political agenda is putting the ex-minister of sandwiches, Yoshi, as Mayor! Except I have none and I have no reason to have an agenda, so your point there doesn't make sense.
You do have an agenda. You have an agenda agaisnt me, a bias, a determination to criticise my movement. That is fine of course, everybody has an agenda, I just don't know why you masked yours in such a way which is again, a poor attempt at comedy.
I truly believe you've either boiled your brains in the spit-stained echo-chambers of your government or you've become illiterate just from a batch of screenshots.
Infighting between ministers, not you. I'm glad to see you've not lost your passive-aggressive luster, it's almost like you're a toxic influence that only spreads to whoever he's with or against... See your ministers posts for a reference. The point is that your government was failing to be unified, the Vice Mayor was apparently ill-informed for most of your term despite at the time being more active than you, who never stepped foot on the server until like the 26th despite being the Mayor.
I find your insults comical. It really is a good reflection of your character, it shows you are unable to engage in any form of debate without insulting the person you are opposed to. This isn't even an argument, it's just a blatant insult which doesn't make you look any better in all honesty. You know that my government was failing to be unified how...? You aren't in government, all you saw is what the public saw. I'm not going to lie and say that the government stuck together on every issue etc, we didn't. We are people with our own views, our own viewpoints. But we were never disunified, we were certainly more unified than some of the other governments in recent years, although your opinion on government unity is very misinformed because
you have never been in any government depsite Duke's, which was 2-3 years ago, when you were 11
Dodging the point, huh...? They disbanded as a partial consequence of your ministers aggressive toxicity. Something I believe Zero even stated. Also, funny of you to go against them for being comprised of ex-BMC members before you backtrack a few paragraphs later... It's almost like you're inconsistent and manipulative, with no set belief or stance besides the one which benefits himself the most. Bat-Kat was a member of your own feeble government system... Don't you remember or did you lose literacy and gain dementia?
Dodging the point? What point did I dodge? They didnt' disband because of Bat-Kat, that is ludicrous. Outspace is literally at bootcamp and wont be back for a few months, Zero and Yoshi are both busy with events happening in real life and that's just the leaders. Furthermore, I'm not against them for being in BMC, you are putting words in my mouth. I was saying that you have a double standard, as you openly supported the Sentinels - a group which was made by criminals when they wanted to be police but you ostricised the WPF because their leaders are former criminals. I have no problem with people changing their role to become a police officer, as people should be able to change what they do on the server.
Furthermore, this "argument" contains even more name calling, something which you seem very keen on doing. I assume it is a result of immaturity however I don't know why you have such an issue.
Also, dodging the point once more! The point is incompetence regarding even making a basic Discord server, not your weird raving rants about the budget.
If you call what I said about the budget a "rant" then I ponder, what word can be used to describe your ranting, raving and rambling? I'm sorry if I couldn't understand your really, really, really badly formatted argument. There weren't any problems in regards to the discord server for his police department, I currently have admin and am able to see and read every chat. I was being responsible by not blindly throwing my support behind a police group which I (at the time) knew very little about. I wanted to have oversight to make sure they were all performing their jobs to the best of their ability.
Edit: Even AJ agreed that it was just me being responsible.
Mattcobra is officially the Judge, Jury and Executioner now! Oh yeah, and the attorney! AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL!
See what I mean by egocentric? That or self-centered
Pardon me? I literally made criticisms about AJ, like how you made crticisms about me how does that make me the Judge,Jury and Executioner? This point makes absolutely no sense. Also again, the last part, more player diss. I wonder if this is really what you think or maybe this is a way of masking your own insecurities about being these things? By calling others it? I'd reccomend talking about this with your parents.
I feel that it's quite rude to discredit Flopdup's opinion, he's a clever guy who I'm glad to see you undermining because it gives me another belly laugh for the day about your toxicity and blaming.
Explosions has said that he's like handled 15 in his own post. Also, that's a singular judge. The legal system consists of a single fucking judge who's working his ass off, a single judge who will likely quit if another candidate wins because he's only working for private investment from Mattcobra, just like a lot of others who suddenly started to get in the trade (I'm serious, according to him, too bad he cockblocked me from screenshotting things by banning me)
I'm not discrediting Flopdup's opinion and I agree with your views on Flopdup. I was saying that you are taking the testimony of ONE person and saying "This is fact". It doesn't matter who the opinion is from, you need more than just one person to attest to it.
I'd also like to add that Explosions told me in a VC that he has handled and I quote "like 30". Those were his words. There were plenty of people in the vc who can attest to the fact that those were his exact words. Also working his ass off? Seriously. He is working hard, but cases aren't happening all the time, as some criminals would prefer to be shot by the police instead of taken to court. Furthermore, private investment? I didn't "privately invest" into the DOJ, I paid them out of my own balance to save the tax payers some money. By that logic, AJ who spent plenty of his own money on government and police was "privately investing" into the police department. Does this mean that AJ had the cops on his payroll so that he can control Washington and take out dissent!?!? Of course not, that is ludicrous. Do you see where this line of thinking gets you?
I literally didn't have internet for his entire term. Your pressure still doesn't solve your "totally not yesmen" goverment's incompetence mentioned previously.
Also, now I understand, that's why you made departments for each general vague aspect of government. So you have supporters to shovel into the flames to satiate people's short-term bloodlust when you're in an argument for muckin' things up. Or doing so little that your inactivity mucks things up.
I didn't create any new departments or ministries under my term as Mayor - I did the contrary, so that point is debunked.
"I literally didn't have internet for his entire term" So does this explain your "If I'm a shit stirer, why didn't I stir shit during AJ's term?" question? I'd also like to add you aren't one to comment on activity when you haven't been on the server in two months, although like I said, your activity is your only valid criticism.
You're talking about the 2nd amendment and all that but you can't even handle bureacracy in your government?
Huh.. Also, point dodging once more.
Where did I dodge the point? Your point was "You got rid of the Ministerial decision process and the cabinet process" which isn't true. I reduced the number of ministers, which is a fact, but I never got rid of them. Even if I did, the second amendment which is literally (oversimplified) "The right of the people to bear arms" is far less complicated than "Have a minister of Seattle, Minister of Tacoma, Minister of Events, Minister of intelligence..." you get the idea. There needs to be a limit here and I don't think it is at all appropraite to have tens of ministers when my reduces number of ministers and myself are perfectly capable of executing these duties on our own instead of giving minister positions out like candy, which is silly and reckless.
Me saying unprofessional was a polite way of showing that you guys were toxic... And you were, in all honesty.
Those in glass houses can't throw stones, Curum. Your entire posts reek of toxicity and I'm sure the entire community can attest to that.
Meaningful doesn't have to be positive and I think we can see that with how this term of your government turned out.
You're right, we can see how it turned out. With a stronger economy, stronger police force and a stronger judicial system.
You are not giving criticism, you are giving hatred. This election has hardly started and
YOU have turned it toxic.
I anticipate your response. But the movement will not be dying out because of a small minority of hate.
