The time has come once again!

In the upcoming days, you will be able to vote for the next Mayor! The ballot will start on the 7th of this month. This is not a voting thread, but a registration thread for those who want to run for Mayor. To all players who wish to apply for Mayor, remember that your application is one of the ways to gain support. You can also try some of the tips listed below.

Be friendly to those in-game.
Set up promotional signs.
Give out items.
All these can gain your support and votes when the ballot is published!

Most of the money spent will be used for promoting a Police Group, as there isn't one at the moment. I will also be endorsing government run Casinos and Night Clubs/Bars. I also have plans for a Government run Prison/Jail

At the current time, none of this will be changed.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I have realized that a lot of people know me by now as a really chill guy on the server and I have given ALOT of money back to the servers players via hide and seek games I think the most I did at once for one game was like 300k and I just want to give more back to the community!
How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will be providing cheap housing, I will provide sponsors for upcoming shops, I will even provide free transport in my chopper. ( this will all come out of my balance except for the sponsoring ) and most importantly I WILL CLEAR ALL OF THE TRASH OUT OF SEATTLE this means things such as floating floors and broken down houses and I will rebuild them for free! (my balance)
Have you been banned from Pandahut before? If yes, why?: YES! I think all of us have been banned once or twice but ill explain my bans. I have had two bans both being when i was a newer player! the first ban was over someone shooting my car when i was 10 hours into the server and I shot him not knowing he could have just got banned for failRP my second ban was an accidental KOS someone had called a robbery and ended it really fast and i didn't see them end it so I went over to see what was happening and i realized the dude was robbing the other one and I killed him not knowing he ended it! Both bans were my fault completely!

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: Sponsoring new shops and destroying debris in roads and buildings ! also building new hotels for people to live in (in prefabs)
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor? (Builder and constructor permissions): I will be giving permits to people who wish to build for a good cause such as if someone wants to build a community history room or a café for everyone to enjoy or a new Police department!
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hello let me start off by saying that believe it or not im a real person and my name is John and I want to address my recent rp time as i think many people will say i have not been playing much recently. It is because life hit me hard I dont want to address what has happened but I took about a two month break from Unturned!
So nice to meet you I am John I live in NC and I am currently enrolled in college and I know what your thinking college at 15? well I actually go to a school where I take highschool and college classes at the same time! and I am currently working to become a psychologist and im taking phycology now! On the side of my school when i get time I like to play video games, practice muay thai and kickboxing, and I also do piano and violin , and scouts and trust me I always have a busy schedule but at night and on the weekends Im always on unturned! so that is all I have to say and i wish my fellow canidates good luck!

Why do you want to become this certain rank?:
Often times, new players are so overwhelmed by everything, that they end up not playing. But, many older players have stories of that guy or group of people that reached out and helped them, and I am looking to pass down this favor to the new players. As the leader of the Merchant's Guild, I am going to pour money and resources into developing a system to help these new players get the handouts they deserve, and to prevent the confusion that comes with the many rules on the server. I will also focus on supporting existing businesses, and helping them develop and gain more workers and popularity.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?:
The Mayor rank is a title that must be used for the greater good. Many things flow through the Mayor, but it is up to the person elected to actually decide on the outcome of these decisions. As Mayor I would like to bring back the enjoyment and friendly competition I once saw, and eliminate the hidden monopolies that exist in our system today. I have worked with many big names in the past, such as AJ and Zero, and I believe that it is possible to finally solve these issues.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?:
The money is from the people, so it must be used for the people. I talk about this more below, but I plan on making being a beginner on the server much easier through continued support of the players, and give donations not to the organizations that claim to help people, but to the people themselves.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor? (Builder and constructor permissions):
Often times upon joining the server, many new players pick a role without knowing what it does. This makes it difficult for them build an early base, because if they pick a bad role, they don't have access to an axe/chainsaw or the ability/funds to buy building materials. I will create a way for new players to get free/extremely discounted materials or bases. This will hopefully help the new players find a place in our community, and keep them involved.
