Thats a bit big for cells and imo fits better as shops(you would also have to raid all of the people with current bases there and that would be very corrupt), but it is a great idea. Smth similar is I can use a floor of Grey Apartment behind Diner(owned by my partner Trippl), and I will pay him to leave a section for any cop needing an area to hold arrested players. Ultimately cops don't need too much right now, but I will be providing any cop on the server with funding upon request(Between 2.5k-10k depending on Rank and activity ive seen) and ill be providing them with dragonfangs from my personal storage in my vaults.
