so like an 30min ago i was playing in this PEI Pandahut server and then i got Kosed by "get rekt noob" then the i said it to the admin but he didnt repond and then after 10 min i got kosed again i told it to the admin and he asked me how is was and then just tp from me and baned that guy... and i dont had any items at all and told him to give me it back back he said he cant do it..
how is that even fair ???
is he right he cant give me back my itmes ??

BTW the admins name is the stupid ninja

He's a moderator and he's right, he can't refund you the items or xp. He could give you money but it would be out of his own pocket and that doesn't always get refunded to us.

Based off info given - Only thing I can see wrong here is the fact of a delayed response followed by the koser not being killed to return loot (at least some of it).
