Event month (Week 1)

Hello pandas, I won mayor, which means that I can fund an entire event month!
What this means is that for an entire month, each week will have a different event for 5 events total.
We will start with week 1, boat race!
Players have to complete 3 laps on the water surrounding the Belleuve Golf Course island using a runabout or a jetski, will have barricades in the race track to make it more fun.
Event will be hosted by SoLow / Jerry at march 22 6:00PM EST on the island inside Belleuve Golf Course in #10.
Prizes:
1st place: 50,000 bamboo
2nd place: 10,000 bamboo
3rd place: 5,000 bamboo
last place: 1 BLT Sandwich
