The Childish staff on this server are my MAIN CONCERN.

The staff on this server are very young and do not have the skill sets to manage people let alone a community. The staff on this server have shown me that they are attached to other players. (Which is not the way to maintain peace. This is only a way to create drama.) "He fucked with my friend and that's why I banned him"-Psych girl, 2016.

The staff on this server is not a balanced staff team. Your staff team should consist of players that can put away there personal relations and know wrong from right, PandaHut lacks this. I have not put any hours in Unturned till this last week. Being a previous RP server owner from back in the day when Unturned was not run by the army of eleven year old's that consistently gripe about a damn rock turning over. I have 6500+ Hours in this game and I own multiple survival game servers. I understand that it is stressful, and the ones that cannot handle stress or put away there personal relations to the side need to be handled with. I have formed a professional staff team to manage each and every one of my servers (They are just people that played on my servers and have proven to me that they are mature enough to carry out their duty to protect the servers reputation). Every staff member has certain arrangements with me and they manage like they are expected.

Danzeman is older
Catnip either meets the age limit or is a bit older

But as you can see, the server is not run by a bunch of "11 year olds" and I can assure you that your friend was banned for a good reason, although Psych may have said that (im not sure if she did but based on what you said) obviously there was a real reason stated and she differently didn't just ban him for pissing off her friends or anything like that.

The issue is not there age it is them acting there own age, and not acting or thinking like a child.

The current age limit is 18 years however most of the staff are underage because they got permission by an admin to apply for the position.

How about instead of making an immature post about bashing staff, you come to me or an admin and report who is acting poorly. Creating a post like this causes nothing but more problems. Now you can contact us privately or make a formal and mature staff report. If you do not wish to do either than you sir need to stop disrespecting staff without a formal report.
