Okay so as most of you know I am currently the mayor and there are somethings you should know that will help you out either moving into the RP town or getting land in it.
First off
There is a private Police force operating to protect the land
This consist's of:
To join them you must make a meeting through Avery to see me and I will invite you too the group.
What are the perks of being in the private police force?
NON of the bases contain loot at all as you can see by the rules. If you want too raid try your luck with the warehouse it contains all stored loot that players want storing (note that is a players loot is stolen by a raider it is not the mayor or anyone related to the mayors fault
How do I live in the RP town?
To move into the RP town you must make a meeting with my secretary, Avery, then she will arrange for you too see me. Then i will provide you with a plot of land and i will start tax when the building is up and running.
Extra info
Power is supplied to all homes if you tell me you have not got power I will provide you with a new power house in your area.
All houses have a claim flag to prevent raids.

I need some body guards and I am willing to pay a good price for them

-Xeon
-Realist (Supply's weapons)
For example, if there are two raids going on, one near olympia and one near the RP town, I shall respond to the RP town one first

What are the perks of being in the private police force?
- -You get free residence in the town
-You get your loot supplied e.g. swat gear and guns
-You get your own Private PD that contains a garage 6 Jail cells and bunks
-You get a discount on all purchases in the town
-You get a larger storage box
- You must pay 200 tax to me at the end of each day (sun set)
Storing Items in bases is strictly prohibited if i catch you doing it you will have them removed and be given a fine up too 5k this is too prevent raids on the buildings that other players use.
No weapons in the BreadHouse
You cannot commit any crimes in the RP town borders if you are seen doing so a arrest will be made and you will also be fined along with a prison sentence.
You must tell me how many people are living in your House each player adds a extra 100 tax (the tax is for purely upgrading the town it will not be used for self gain)
