Im Not Reporting anyone But A Long Time ago i joined the server naked and walked over to Seattle looking for some supplies.
Anyways I witnessed a guy being arrested and i only looked inside from the Police door being curious
I walked away when a cop (there was tonnes there) saw me naked and asked me why. I Ended up being arrested for Public nudity and im not sure if that was an Actual offense in the server.
Again Im Not Complaining or reporting anyone im just asking if I Could be arrested for that

Well, I have also encountered that before, you can arrest people for real life laws such as streaking. Because this is an RP server, the game gives free clothing so as long as you are wearing default skin clothing, you won't be arrested for streaking. I accept the arrest for streaking because remember this is a real life simulation.
