Pandas new law

So... Panda made alcohol illegal.
One of the best mods that improves RP has now been turned into a waste of space to download.
Just FYI I apologize if I seem mad and I do not intend to offend anyone
P0nder is even leaving the server while this law stands, and so far around five other long-term players are very angry. Also, considering that Panda is an RP Super Mod, he should not be adding things that obviously hurt the server.
I am calling for a resignation and for this law to be changed right away!
