Last night I payed 10.00$ to the pandahut email through PayPal, I notified Miku, and told BannedHammer. I logged on today with me having no VIP+.

You never notified me and Bannedhammer never told me or mushy. Also if you manually sent the payment that is not how you buy a rank at all. You can buy ranks on our front page
