As the mayor on the server i want to be able to know who my police force are and i want the people on the server to know that the police force can be trusted and at the minuet it doesn't seem like they can most of the time they are just messing around with friends and not really helping the community. That's why i want a police recruit role adding to the server. it will allow me and others to train the police force before they get access to the good guns and kits.

How it will work

As i am a member off staff i can white list the players for the role just as police chiefs and captains are white listed

I will personally train the police i will make sure they know the rules of the server and the laws of the server this does not mean people cant RP as a police if you are a recruit you can still RP you just wont get the good kits and all ranks overpower you.

Why this will help the server

It will make sure that the police force can be trusted know the rules and can enforce the law yes it will make more of a effort but it will help the server a load,

It can.....

-Reduce the cops wrongly arresting
-Stop Police from just standing around doing nothing
-Make the police force a better one
-and a lot more

I agree with this to an extent.
It's a great idea, however I don't think you realise how hard it is to enforce.
I personally, as Captain, do run quite a strict force, if I see a cop doing something illegal I will remove them from the police role, effectively firing them.
For me, this has worked wonders.
I don't know if a recruit role is really necessary.

Tub since when are we allowed to force people to change their role from police? Last time I checked we cannot force someone out of a role.

When they abuse their role you can.
Breaking the law as a cop is fail RP.
Better to change the role than to ban them.
