Okay so I have been giving out +1s very easily to people I know and people I don't know and as I am now RP admin (trial) it has come to my attention that my verdict can actually make a big effect on the decisions made by other people on to accept something or not (well I hope it does anyway lol) so from now on I'm going to be a lot more strict with my +1s and references so if you do want one you must prove that you deserve it. Also this will make getting a +1 from me and a reference seem more rewarding. This will take effect Tommorow at 12 am

I hope I am not just being delusional..... Probably am but this is how I'm going to operate when giving feedback on applications.
