Many things need to happen to rcmps/police officer but we can't do any thing with out money period. So what if we add a salary like in real life. And it can be like this:
RCMP/swat: 75 hour
Chief: 115 hour
Deputy: 150 hour
Captain: 200 hour

This will allow more operation to happen more jails and better weaponry so less Rebels on arrest.
And if the rate needs to change it can.

I think this would definitely encourage more people to play as cops on RP and lower the crime rate by a significant amount. Definitely would like for this to happen!

crime rate on 13 is super low like the most dangerous thing that happens is someone trespassing XD but yeah 1+ cops dont make money easily.

The only problem I can see is all the poor people who want money switching to police just for the bamboo and not really doing anything or doing too much. We don't want too many cops or else it's not fun but at the same time we need money to keep cops alive and able to preform their duties

Yeah this was supposed to be done on #13 too but seems as it was forgotten, I've added it and here's the salary:
RCMP - 200
RCMP Chief - 300
RCMP Deputy - 350
RCMP Captain - 400

P.S Higher police ranks have also been renamed from ''Police Chief'' to ''RCMP Chief'' and so on
