So after many thoughts about this idea knowing that most will shoot it down I feel like I should still share it.

So I was thinking that when someone commits a lot of crimes and there jail time exceeds to 1hr I think that they should be executed because first off who wants to wait 1hr and also they probably deserve it. BUT I also thought RCMP might or will abuse this power so I thought that maybe only captains or deputys can issue a execution. This execution would be for all the town to see and then they get shot in the head and die and then its free loot from there.

Let me know if you guys think this is a bad idea and why.

Well this can happen but think about it about 5 states in U.S. still have the death penalty but if this will happen I should be declared by the mayor or a vote. but it might be possible just provide more detail.
