the Staff or Owner of the RP servers (#10 & #13) should set it to PvE but only Cops and Bandits have the ability to kill people so like if a bandit is caught doing a crime the cops with do there warning or ask to put suspect hands up and if he doesn't the cops can fire a warning shot at him to listen but then have a medkit ready for him so he don't die or bleed out so I hope you like the Idea and add it would be great and make it more kinda RP like where no all people can kill.

Oh also all Cops should have the ability to /buy a helicopter, but S.W.A.t is still the only one who can call APC's hope you like and see you on the server! Peace :)

No when a bandit raids a person the name of the person getting raided will allowed to kill the bandit instantly if he can for self defense (plugin)

also what if the base belongs to multiple people.

same thing new (plugin) base creator build your base a max max is already set by owner can go smaller though throw the creator and the base has a menu to add people so the bandit has to do /raid (base name)

well i dont know. i dont like it. There are just many issues with giving some the power of being able to kill. -1

This literally makes people unable to defend against robs, raids, arrests, and removes other key features. I think that this is a poorly thought out idea, and police should not be able to buy helicopters. If you want helis, buy em from mech's or donate for swat. -1

This is basically Cops vs Robbers. Don't feel that this addition would be necessary and the stability of the current roleplay environment is completely fine where it's at right now.
