Dear inhabitants of Washington,

It's time for Dutchy!

As you may already have seen Avery Shaw AKA Madam Secretary has resigned from her duty as mayor,
appointing me as the current sitting mayor. My plans for the server differ significantly to those set out by Avery, as we all saw in my application, and the Mayoral debate.

New Orders:

• 1. Congress is Dismissed, anyone who was previously elected to be part of said Congress, shall no longer be so.
  2. Washington's longest running Police Captain, Tublo, will be my political adviser, and therefore my equal .
  3. T.C.R.S. Will undergo a full re-evaluation to see who has, and does not have, utmost loyalty to the regime.
  4. T.C.R.S. Will swear an oath to fully protect me and my staff at all times, and in anyway necessary.
  5. All buildings in Seattle that are not yet built are now State Owned and people will have to make me, or Tublo aware of their base, in order for us to know who owns what area. (More on that soon)
  6. Every Friday under my 'Ruling' there will be a time to see who admires me the most, the winner will be rewarded.
  7. Berries are still illegal.

You cant just make something legal duthcy, you gotta talk to rag first its in the rules, also drugs being legal is a bad idea man, also before you go trying to make my men swear oaths and stuff talk to me, i'm in charge of them all so they don't do anything without my approval
