So, I have been kidnapping people lately and it is kind of boring. We just sit a in a room doing nothing, usually no police do anything about it. So, I have come up with a new idea. I was wondering if the kidnapper could kill the person being kidnapped 20 minutes after beginning the kidnap. No one really has to do anything as of now because if no one pays the kidnapper and police do nothing, they just sit in a room doing nothing. Hopefully you guys like this idea.

Not anyone, just the victim. 20m is a long time to rescue or pay it off...

This can easily abused. For say:

Hey that guy has great loot!
Let's kidnap him and not say where he is to cops!
And wait 20 minutes so we can kill him for his loot!

I was a kidnapper for a while, I would clearly advertise where he was to attempt to reason with the cops. The only time I got paid were when catnip was a chief and in the middle of our talk had to go deal with a mod situation. Clearly something needs to be done. Even in the situation of the police are breaching in kidnappers can't execute the hostage. Nothing stops the cops power in this situation. A change is clearly needed, the only way I could ever find to make the money was kind of cheating the situation by placing the hostage behind the only way into an area and saying if they blew the door he would die from their explosions. Or if they shot it I would have to fire on the police and if the hostage was in the way... Oh well crossfire. Kidnappers need a way to control the situation.

Apples what rag is trying to say is all you have to do is pick a person and do the command then kill them after 20 mins, this could be done with a big group where each member kidnaps someone so they can kos a load of people
