i too was like wtf is higher of Captain, Deputy, Chief.

It's a bit late to change it now.

Police Chief
Overlooks Police Officers and cooperates with the Intelligence Agency in the fight against crime and berry trafficking.
This role's primary job is to ensure the safety of the mayor and that of of ordinary citizens.
Receives a salary of 4000 bamboo/hour (2000 bamboo every 30 min).
This role is awarded based off forum applications. Link here.
Can be impeached via the forums, with staff moderation.
Considering different timezones, how many police chiefs should there be on the server? 2 (Depends on the timezones, we might have to have Captains instead of Chief’s who have absolute authority)

Answers to the Police Chief, respects his/her orders and carries them out.

Helps to organise responses.
Organises radio chatter.
Tells the ordinary officers where to go and what to do. (Check on gun dealers etc..)

Responds to the orders of the Police Chiefs + Deputy Chiefs + Captain’s.
Ensures the safety of the mayor and that of of ordinary citizens.
Receives a salary of 2000 bamboo/hour (1000 bamboo every 30 min).

Responds to calls via the J (Global) chat (Radio channel if implemented)
Must be in police clothing while on duty.
Watches over the prisoners inside the detention cells
Maybe Make Mayor Bodyguards? (If he requests it, or the mayor can hire his own)

I also believe that only captains are able to call raids is scrubby. Point me in the direction of a chief in real life who has the time to call a drugsbust? I think, We need a subforum for police reports. I.E. Abusive Police, Arrest reports and Raid reports - Further on this idea, Why not have a section where you can request a warrant and a captain+ can look at it?

Keep in mind that we also have people who do not donate and are the significant majority. Leave them out and you wont be very effective.
