Okay I'm not new to pandahut and I sure read the rules, And what I saw was the player "So.." Lying and getting away with cdm x2. So this is what happened. "So.." Was driving down the road, and driving back down the other way, Looked like he was trying to run over people If I'm being honest. Then he manages to run over someone about to get off the road, but he says "I did not see him" BOOM He gets away with it. Now I know the rules say that if you don't see the person in the road it's allowed. But he went and ran over another person! Let me remind you I saw it happen both times.. But anyway he has a hit on him, Einsam a mod, kills him thinking he was hitman but he was not, refunds "So..." And tells me to "Shush" As I'm trying to talk to him about what happened. That's not even the bad part. "So..." Lied and said that They ran into his car (Which they did not) and basically admitted to seeing them, but before he said he didn't so he's clearly hiding the fact that he cdmed 2 people... not to mention when there are no mods on he goes around ignoring rules completely.. So he's just not a good player to begin with...

Why did I make this "Topic", to show that moderators need to me more strict about these rules and really look into these types of situations, and to also show that people are really corrupt and lie all the time...
