Why do you want to become this certain rank?: To put it plainly, I want to climb. I know this is a long app, but stick with me. The R.P.H.D and the SPD have taken large steps to organize and discipline the masses of lone officers into a powerful and effective force to counteract the constant plague of bandits (no offense bandits, I love you all - Like what would my job be without you guys?) So far, besides the incident at Kent where miscommunication between the SPD and the R.P.H.D led to officers killing each other rather than stopping the raid which was our original goal, we have had moderate success improving the police force and giving it a real backbone. The chiefs are starting to take real control, and we have active leaders of the force. However, we have no active deputies. It's as if the rank is nonexistent. I would like to be the first of the new advent of chiefs to fulfill this role. Now you might be thinking, didn't Legit just become a chief? Well yes, but I am the longest standing active chief, I have the required hours, and I'll explain why I would really like to be Deputy in a second. I have the most experience out of the new chiefs and I believe I could help continue to solidify the growing police force. As a chief, I mainly worked in the field making sure police officers knew how to execute safe, secure, and swift arrests as well as securing the area to prevent an arrest from going awry. I also focused on going over tactical raid approaches and police chase mechanics with the officers under me. As a deputy, I would like to hand this over to the several new chiefs we have and take a more administrative role in the force, making sure that all the chiefs are doing their jobs properly. I would also try to take ideas from ordinary police officers, talking to higher ranks, and hopefully getting some of these ideas introduced into the force and streamlined across all departments. I want to connect all the police departments and police officers even more than we already have because it can be done. There is so much potential for this rank and I want to be the one to prove this fact. Sorry this is so long, can't really help myself hehe.....
