SO.. moderators are giving me the impression that they aren't on the same page or something, and the rules need to be updated. If mods don't follow this rule then why should I follow that.EXTRA IMPORTANT RULES Rule 13 :You CANNOT destroy or damage a random vehicle! If caught doing so you'll be punished! People obviously destroy cars nonstop and are not punished in fact. Rule 19 : Scamming Is not allowed, You will be punished and forced to refund if caught or reported. Mods always just say you may kill the scammer, this rule states only mods can deal with it. Rule 20 : Mega Bases, Spawning in excessive vehicles, or intentionally causing lag will result in punishment per Moderators discretion. Mega bases are everywhere, Moderators even spawn in excessive vehicles. Rule 9 : Max Base size is 75 units (Ex: 5x5x3) This rule is obviously never listened to, there are mega bases everywhere. Rule 7 : Towns may only be a maximum size of 10 bases per town. This maximum is exceeded many times. Rule 6 : You CANNOT create KOS zones! People raid already raided bases when crowds of people are around constantly, just to KOS them. Moderator Rules Rule 1 : You CANNOT be biased! Breaking this rule consists in an instant demotion. Moderators are biased constantly on the Roleplay server and a lot of times try to agree with one side of the story right away. Rule 3 : You CANNOT stay on duty unless dealing with a situation. Being on duty automatically puts you in God Mode, and CANNOT be used to give you or your group an advantage. I've robbed many mods not in modsits that had their guns out jumping around and running around on duty. Rule 4 : NO STAFF MEMBER is above the rules! The same RP rules apply to ALL staff members that are off-duty. DO NOT use your moderator rank to attempt to get out of RP situations that involve you. As I stated above, many times, moderators break this last rule the most. Thank you for your time. I lost my loot the other day because I was in my car and someone shot it, I shot them, and they killed me. Now I lost all my loot and the guy wasn't banned. TODAY, I stole gas from a car that I didn't see anyone touching, so I took it. I turned around to put it in my vehicle and proceeded to get shot. I was at 17% health and I shot and killed the person shooting me. I then protected his loot, that people still took , and then was banned later after the player I killed was constantly swearing at me, saying "**** you", "why don't you go read the ****ing rules" and the mod ignored it and banned me for KOS for 12 hours.
