Few suggestion for the new russian rp

Hello everyone first of all this is just a suggestion if you do not agree with me post a feedback or your opinion on it
Suggestion 1: Because the new map is so large I was thinking about the 2 mins until the raid start will not be enough time to give the police a chance to arrive there so adding 1 min could maybe make a difference (making it 3mins until the raid start)
Suggestion 2: Making the server for 30 players-i'm pretty sure it's not free to do that but 24 is just not enough for a large map like that
Suggestion 3: Adding a "Military soldier" role:
Let me get into details about the role:
-First of all in there kit will be the military gear with a gun like maplestrike or less (depend if your a donator or not)
-Making the vehicle they can buy from the economy shop the new "Toiler"
-Making a ranking system like the police for example: Military soldier, Military captain, Military colonel, Military general
-There way of rp will be more hardcore and with no mercy
-There rules will be like the police
I think we really need a military rp to the server especially with the new military vehicles and the new russia map this will add a new kind of rp to the server
Now your probably asking how the Military soldier is different from a police officier ecxept from there code of clothing?
Well first of all like i said there are alot more hardcore players with no mercy on allmost everything
We can make it that first of all to be recruited to the military force you need to pass an exam of your shooting skills, stealth and more
Right now im out of more ideas for the "Military" role so comment some of you ideas if you have some that can add to this.
