ban appeal please read

It was my first time joining the server and i didn't read the rules which was my fault and when i got into the city some guy ran over me so i went back and he almost killed me again and a gunfight broke out. i then was trapped in a building with him and i had a chainsaw and he pulled a gun on me so i killed him and i apologize.
