Wrong steam id

I bought a vip+ rank but where it said steam64id i put in my steamid not 64 can a admin please help me?
My steam64id is 76561198043996799 and my steam name is plznokill.

same problem i didn't put steam id 64 my steam id 64 is 76561198007399287 i purchused the vip+ rank an hour ago i was looking for problem then i found this please help
