Not getting the rank I paid for

I paid for the rank vip plus and have not got it yet even though i checked my steamid64 and it has not given me my rank.Also i closed my steam and opened it again.HELP!

I'm supposing you put this in: STEAM_0:1:73714446
that's your steam ID, not your steam ID 64, your steam ID 64 is: 76561198107694621

We cannot find any recent wrong steamid64's.

Hello, you tried putting "Spoderman" into steamid64 finder and it brought up someone with the custom url "Spoderman", obviously not you.
We need your correct steamid64 or steam profile link.
