My friend cookie was glitched because he loged out in a car and the car was blown up which caused he to stay flying forever.When he called a mod agent jean said the only way to fix it is if the server reset so can a higher up admin please reset the server and take my friend out of the glitch he really want to play the server and even donated 20 dollers.

Sorry to tell it to you bud but they arent gonna reset the server for 1 person maybe if everyone was in that glitch

Tell him to log in as a new character. This might work, tell me if it does
