Ok so I changed to a doctor today because police was overpowered again and I got bored , because nobody wanted to buy medical supplies I started asking if I can assist anyone's raid , when I finally got a person to assist I realized it doesn't work .The raid rules say that doctors and body guards can /raid assist if they're paid so I think this is an error.

Rules dictate that Doctors and Bodyguards are able to assist in a raid.

The Bodyguard is able to call /raid assist
The Doctor should be able to as well.

For the time being, as a doctor, follow all the raid rules but disregard the calling of raid until that is fixed!
