Hello my name is Jackalots and I'm the newly sworn in Mayor of Prince Edwards Island these laws are to be effective immediately, and are to be enforced by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
1. Any buildings created within Prince Edwards Island must be one block (Floor block) away from the road (If they are created next to the road, this is so that we have a sidewalk for people to walk along) and must also be one block(Floor block) away from another base.
2. No pure free form structures within Prince Edwards Island, this means that any bases comprised mainly of wooden/metal plates will be given notice and destroyed.
3. Any hotels, malls, pubs, bars, attractions and clubs that wish to be erected within Prince Edwards Island have to receive planning permission form the Mayors Office.
If a new base does not comply with these rules, a sign will be placed outside of their base by either the Mayor or a Police Chief+ giving them a note of eviction, if they do not fix what's wrong with their base within 24hours then their base will be removed/destroyed.

(Edit - The three laws now fall under any Base, a lot of people have been saying "Oh this base isn't new" when it's clearly under construction or has been there for a day. These laws are none negotiable, a Police Chief + can enforce these new laws and can forcibly move these bases back 1 block)
