Removing Uber Driver

Let's be honest, Uber Driver is a useless role.
No one selects it as their role.
Most non-donator roles are much better than it.
The role itself is pretty pointless.

Not so much as removing it but making it available to non-donator since donator usually go for the better roles.

I think it will be better to make uber driver a non donator role as loxton said and make a new role for donators like they did with the new CEO role
