Hello Everyone! I am creating a new hardcore police group for PandaHut #13! The rules are listed down below!

Rules:

1. Listen to higher ranking officers in the group! Not higher ranking officers ingame!
2. If you are caught changing roles in the group you will be kicked!
3. Only roles aloud in the group are Swat, RCMP, and Higher ranking police
4. Higher ranks in game such as: RCMP Chief, RCMP Deputy, and RCMP Captain, mean nothing in this group. You will follow the orders of higher ranking officers.
5. You must have a mic and be willing to use teamspeak.
6. You must hardcore RP at all times
7. If you are caught breaking any of pandahut's rules then you will be kicked after doing so twice.
8. No shooting your own teamates. This is FailRP
9. You must put [HPP] at the beginning of your name, Example: "[HPP] Timdmurphy"

Arrest times:

The following is an explanation for how long to jail a suspect for various crimes. All sentencing and jail time calculation must be done once the suspect is safely secured in a cell. Each sentence is PER offense. For example, if a suspect has 2 unlicensed weapons and a military knife, that suspect should be jailed for 4 consecutive minutes. If a crime is not listed on here, let me know and I'll update it.

Discharge of a firearm inside city limits (not including defending against zombies)

Any offense marked with a * is grounds for strip searching the suspect, and seizure of contraband. All contraband MUST be /garbage 'd by the arresting officer.
RETAINING CONTRABAND FOR PERSONAL USE IS A BANNABLE OFFENSE, AND YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED FROM HPP.

Police cruisers:

Police cruisers cost $285 on the shop, which is fairly cheap. Do not get mad at another HPP taking your police cruiser, they are for us to share.

Bail:

Bail is always set to 200 bamboo per minute jailed. E.g if a suspect is jailed for 1 minute, they have a 200 bamboo bail. 7 minutes has a 1400 bamboo bail. 14 minutes has a 2800 bamboo bail. Anyone may pay a suspect's bail at any time after it is announced. Please see SOPs for announcing bail.

The purpose of bail is to offer a way for officers to gain money to keep playing as an officer viable. Due to us purchasing ammo, vehicles, food, and medical items to assist citizens, it can get expensive quickly.

Repeating Crimes:

Repeat offenders, or individuals who commit the same crime after being released from jail, will face a stacking effect to help discourage continuation of crime. E.g if Fuzzy robs someone the first time, he will face jail for 5 minutes. If he does it again after being released, he will face 10 minutes. If he does it a third time after being released the second time, he will face 15 minutes of jail. A suspect MUST be caught, jailed, processed, and released before they can be charged for a subsequent crime. HPP may only charge subsequent crimes if another HPP charged them before.
