Okay so first off i just wanna say that this may sound a bit crazy but it could help alot and make the RP a lot better than what it is.
So my first suggestion is removing the TPA command or making the cool down much larger than what it already is. Now the reason for this is because the TPA removes use for a uber driver, i mean who would want to pay a guy to take them to there freind when there seconds away from just tpaing and getting there them self. This will mean Uber drivers will have a larger role in the server and it doesn't make the role unused.
The next suggestion ties into my first one. Okay so this one is to remove ability to buy cars unless you are a Police officer or a Mechanic. This also makes uberdrivers a used role to get to the mechanics but also means the server would require more mechanics there fore making the mechanic a more major role.
Dont get me wrong i have my own doubts about this idea but i think it could help the server out a bit more with the unused roles
